Visualization - Imagery is a two-way communication between an individual and their brain. It is a process in which the subconscious mind is directed and "guided" to "create" desired outcomes.
Imagery uses all the body's senses (hear, see, smell, touch, thoughts) to supercharge it's effect.

Infertility is defined as the failure to conceive after a year of regular intercourse without contraception. Infertility is a heart-wrenching condition that affects nine million American couples each year.
Infertility causes tremendous stress, pressure and a feeling of out of control. It can trigger debilitating sadness and depression, and can tear a marriage to pieces. Mean and women alike state that they feel a loss in their masculinity and feminist. Sex seems more like a process than "making love".
The effects of infertility can throw a person totally out of control, overwhelmed and in a state of panic. They had no realization that attempting to get pregnant could be so difficult on them as well as the relationships with others. Marriages often become strained.
Research has shown that women going through infertility treatments rated themselves as having higher levels of depression than women going through cancer treatment.
Infertility often robs a person of control and the ability to make choices, leaving them vulnerable to sadness, isolation, anger and feelings of hopelessness.
Women need support, encouragement and help with fertility treatments. Alice Domar, Director of the Mind/Body Program for Infertility has shown that with relaxation techniques including imagery, women not only regain control over their lives, but boost their chances of becoming pregnant.
The use of imagery during the infertility process allows a woman to maintain peace, dignity and hope.

The use of imagery for help with fertility promotes a sense of hope, inner strength and peace during times of uncertainties.
Imagery provides an opportunity to learn ways to slow down your racing busy thoughts and mind and obtain a sense of peace, calm and tranquility.
Imagery gives you tools to stay focused on the end result - that being conceiving a child and bringing life into this world.
When a person is relaxed mentally and physically, imagery is more successful. The more relaxed a person is, the more that they are in dream-like state, the more apt the conscious mind will be in tuned to listen and respond.
In addition, the more a person practices imagery and is able to become attuned to their inner thoughts and beliefs, the sooner a person will achieve results. With many people, results can be seen almost instantaneously. Guided Imagery is safe, inexpensive and clinically proven to have remarkable effects on a person's physical and mental well being.
- Go to a quiet place, free yourself from outside interruptions for approximately 25 minutes.
- Prepare a CD player, IPOD or computer. (Using head phones makes the experience even more private and relaxing).
- Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position.
- Slowly, to yourself repeat one of these words (relax, or peace, or calm) over and over.
- Take some slow deep breaths as you continue to become settled.
- Turn on the CD player (Ipod, computer)
- You can either keep your eyes open or close them, there is no right or wrong way.
- Continue to take slow deep breaths and allow yourself to become settled, relaxed and at ease.
- Listen to the soothing voice and tranquil music of imagery story
- Within minutes, you will feel relaxed, calm and at ease.
Every thought that comes into our mind, is a belief. As we know, our beliefs and thoughts are not always the truth. They are just thought patterns that we have developed over the years. These negative thought patterns can be obstacles and destructive for our jobs, relationships and health.
Negative thoughts and beliefs can be major obstacles for us, preventing us to achieving what is necessary for happiness, success and for achieving what we want and need in life. Our thoughts are simply our "perceptions" of what is real. We are capable of changing and redirecting our thoughts and beliefs at any given moment.
When we "make firm" a thought or belief, it is called an affirmation. Every thought we think, every word that you say is an affirmation. It is a two-way communication with the mind.
Affirmations can be either positive or negative.
They are based on your internal beliefs.
They WILL create your reality.

- State affirmations with full belief, desire and confidence
- State affirmations over and over - give life and energy to them
- Release all doubt. They are true statements
- State in present tense, as if they have already happened
- State out loud - Say in front of mirror to boost effect
- Write them down - place where you can view
- Say in front of mirror - enhances belief
- Repeat several times during day:
- Getting ready for the day
- While driving, walking, sitting
- Throughout the day
- While you sleep - your mind hears while it is asleep

- There is nothing in the world that I cannot handle.

- My body is a magnet and only goodness is attracted to me
- My body is warm, soft and fertile
- I am in perfect balance
- I am in perfect health

The CD has a total of 70 affirmations.
They are broken down, for convenience into 15 tracks.
You can listen to them all at once, or choose to repeat a track several times.
