Configuring Mozilla Firefox for MP3 Downloads
Configuring Apple Safari for MP3 Downloads

1.    Finding the MP3 Download Link and Downloading Your MP3s

Your order receipt, which you should have received via email after your order was completed, includes a "My Downloads" link that will take you to the product downloads for your purchased products.  Note, you will have to login with the username and password you created during the Guided Imagery checkout process.

You can also access your downloads by going directly to www.guidedimageryinc.com and clicking on the "Login" link.  Then enter your Guided Imagery login info (username & password).  Once you successfully login, you will see a "My Account" link in the top menu.  From the "My Account" menu, select the "My Orders" link.  On the "My Orders" page, you should see a "My Downloads" link in the upper right corner of the grid listing your MP3 products.  Click on the "My Downloads" link.

Then, you should see a table with each MP3 product purchased, as shown below:

Click on each image at the far right, then the following table will appear.

Each MP3 track must be downloaded individually.  Click on the highlighted link for each track.  The images and screens that come up after this point are dependent on the browser you use for the downloads.  If given the option of opening the MP3 file or saving it to your disk, select "Save" to your disk at a location that you can easily remember and find afterwards.

2.    Configuring Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) for MP3 Downloads (MS Windows)

Downloading your purchased MP3s using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) is easy because there is no pre-configuration of IE settings prior to the download.  IE shows the following form prior to download where you can select the location on your hard drive where the MP3s will be stored.

Just be sure to specify a drive folder location you will remember before you click on "Save" or you may have trouble finding the MP3s afterwards.

3.    Configuring Google Chrome for MP3 Downloads (MS Windows)

Before you begin downloading your MP3s using Google Chrome, we recommend that you change your Chrome settings so that Chrome asks you where to put each MP3 download before beginning the download process.  Just click on the "wrench" icon in the upper right of the page, then select "Options" as shown below.

On the Options page, click on the "Under the Hood" tab and scroll down to the Downloads options area.  Then, click on the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" check box.  Then click on the Close button at the lower left.  During the download process, specify a location for your MP3 download where you will be certain to find it afterwards.

4.    Configuring Mozilla Firefox for MP3 Downloads (MS Windows)

Before you begin downloading your MP3s using Mozilla Firefox, we recommend that you change your Firefox settings so that Firefox asks you where to put each MP3 download before beginning the download process.  Just click on the "Tools" menu item, then select "Options" as shown below.

On the Options page, click on the "General" icon at the upper left.  In the Downloads area, click on the "Always ask me where to save files" radio button.  Then click on the OK button at the bottom of the page.  During the download process, specify a location for your MP3 download where you will be certain to find it afterwards.

5.    Configuring Apple Safari for MP3 Downloads (MS Windows)

Before you begin downloading your MP3s using Apple Safari, we recommend that you change your Safari settings so that Safari asks you where to put each MP3 download before beginning the download process.  Just click on the "gear" icon in the upper right of the page.  Make sure the "Block Pop-Up Windows" option in the list is de-selected.  Then select "Preferences" as shown below.

On the Preferences page, click on the "General" tab and scroll down to the middle of the form.  Then, click on the "Always prompt before downloading" check box.  Then, close the form by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of the form.  During the download process, specify a location for your MP3 download where you will be certain to find it afterwards.
